Side windows removal

I have not done it but believe you are correct, that's what the manual says. However you may not be able to get the bolts undone. I tried on mine and sheered one off, so for now they are staying in place.

Well, finally underway with stripping down the car (052) for full restoration.
Just uncertain about the side windows. There's three screws into the lower edge and it looks just like three locating pins along the head.
It seems like you can just (!) ease out the whole window to the lower edge and then it drops out but I want to be sure as I don't want to damage the seals for obvious reasons.
Has anyone done this or can enlighten me? - thanks
