Interesting demand is still strong, would love to know what happens to them, used, restored or otherwise!

Don't speak too soon...the last two 'sold' on eBay are back on due to time wasters.
I would love a CSK but all I have seen have been too far gone for me...they know how to rust!
Cheers

...and both listed again, plus a new listing, again all three not sold not reaching reserve. Unrealistic expectation of value?

I think these are hard to value. Mines cost me a fortune and I doubt I'd get my money back but I'm definately looking to sell!

In my opinion the market for these is limited, compared to the value of an early 90s Vogue SE these are a massive premium yet as you point out they certainly can rust!!

I've finally found a good donour (4 door Vogue) for my A pillars...

hi, you do have to be careful???? i think anyone considering buying a csk should expect to have to do quite alot of work in the near future to keep it on the road. unless you find one that has led a really sheltered life they're all going to be getting ready for serious work of some discription. i do think that people are getting a little carried away with values, unless it is a really fine example or a well restored one, i think two to two and a half thousand is plenty. also be careful of running up of bids on ebay, its getting stupid the amount of stuff including range rover parts that are being run.
regards, jim.

No.86 is not worth £3350 anymore - I sold it to the guy who's now selling it 4 years ago for £3600 (I think) and he's done absolutely nothing to it since.

So... the condition of it is:

Inner front wings - utterly shot
Outer front wings - ok
Inner back wings - good
Outer back wings - very good, replaced with genuine CSK items
Lower tailgate - very good, replaced with new one
Upper tailgate - aluminium, ok
Bonnet - very good, replaced with newer one
Doors - very good, although bottom passenger hinge needs changing
Sills - patched, want changing but MOT pass
Mechanicals - very good
CSK 109: Genuinely 34K miles, genuinely unrestored, genuinely in need of some TLC.

I have been told of a CSK that is being sold in London for £35,000!
I have just sold a complete early 90's 2 door for restoring a CSK In stow on the Wold. The 2 Door with a 3.9 was just minus one rear light but in amazing condition and being broken for bits. Happily it goes on to give new life to a CSK!
